Vascular diseases ; the truth



In Short ;
The advice to consume less fat and cholesterol in order to prevent vascular diseases, is totally wrong, because vascular diseases are not caused by fats or cholesterol. On the contrary: sufficient fats and cholesterol are essential for good physical and psychological health.
Vascular diseases are caused by the precipitation of damaged protein, -cholesterol, -fatty acids and / or excessive calcium, that narrow and damage arteries. The heart has to work much harder to pump equal amounts of blood through these narrowed veins, accelerating aging of the heart. Eventually, the heart can't cope anymore.
Natural nutrients, such as fatty acids and cholesterol do not cause vascular diseases, but some of these are converted into harmful substances due to the influence of heat, and therefore consuming cooked foods causes heart diseases.
 
 
How to prevent vascular diseases ?
 
Don’t consume any milk (containing excessive calcium, see site4) and as little prepared food. Only consume prepared foods you love to eat as munch-food, satisfying your cravings. See diet suggestions Consume as much fruits (there are about 6000 different fruits), and regularly eat some sashimi (alternated with fresh raw egg yolk, gently stirred through blended fruits for example, requiring an hour rest to digest by the way!).Fruits and some fresh raw animal food combined contain all the vitamins, minerals and trace elements, protein, sugars, cholesterol and fats you need.

Protein
The general assumption is that all consumed protein is decomposed into amino acids, before they are absorbed into the blood, and utilized. This however is not true ;
By heating food, protein is locally damaged, and new compounds originate. Due this chemical alteration, enzymatic decomposition of this protein is partly inhibited. (1) Therefore, partly intact protein is absorbed into the blood. Some of the heat-originated new substances even reach the brain (2),or cause cancer. (3)
Scientific research has shown that even more partly intact protein than free amino acids are absorbed into the blood and lymph. (4) (For an extensive explanation, click here) These damaged proteins can end up as plague, narrowing veins. 
 
 
 
Cholesterol
10 to 20% of the brain is composed of cholesterol. Partly thanks to cholesterol from animal food (and glucose from fruits), humans are this intelligent. Essential substances like the sex hormones and vitamin D also are composed of cholesterol.
Due to the influence of heat, cholesterol in food is oxidized. At 100°C, cholesterol already oxidizes 'spontaneously'. (5) Due to the influence of heat, approximately 30% of cholesterol oxidizes into oxy-cholesterols. About 6% of these oxy-cholesterols is absorbed into the body. (6) And unnatural oxy-cholesterols can block transformation of cholesterol into bile acids (7), harm arteries (8), can end up as arteriosclerotic plaque, and can therefore cause vascular diseases (9).
Arteriosclerotic plaque contains large amounts of damaged cholesterol (10) and -fats (11).
Foods containing most oxy-cholesterols are cholesterol-containing foods that have been heated and / or frozen a number of times ; products containing eggs (12), but especially -dried egg, -cheese and -milk powder, and meat products. (13)
Fresh raw egg yolk and raw fish contain clean, healthy cholesterol only. However, also these foods can contain unnatural oxy-cholesterols if the hens and fish have not been fed raw natural foods only, instead of feedings that contain wastes and recycled human foods (containing oxy-cholesterols).

Fat
Fats are the main source of energy for the heart and the colon. Logically, a low-fat diet can cause heart failure, diabetes and constipation. 
Due to the influence of heat and / or hydrogenation, fatty acids are partly transformed in artificial so called ''trans-fatty acids''. The average intake of trans-fatty acids is 8 to 15 grams a day. (14) French fries, margarine, meat, pastries (15) and milk (16) are especially high in trans-fatty acids.
Of course your body can't cope with artificial substances like trans-fatty acids. Consuming trans-fatty acids can cause vascular diseases (17), and increases breast cancer-risk. (18) Logically, consuming margarine (19) increases vascular diseases-risk.
